Through the use of the Confirmit platform, Illuminas was able to construct a survey layout that allows respondents to enter their verbatim responses and then categorize their comments using a pre-populated list of responses any time the client was rated on the low end of the satisfaction scale. The insights garnered from the depth of the verbatim responses, in combination with the quantified data points have provided our client’s partner organization with an invaluable view into the Voice of their Partners.
