Illuminas and Orange to jointly present paper at MRS annual conference in London in March 2008
Nick Bonney, Orange UK and Jonathan Fletcher, Illuminas, will present a paper entitled Client 2.0: the client side researcher in a ‘flat world’.
In this paper the authors will explore the way in which trends in business architecture and management are making new demands on internal research functions and calling forth a new generation of client side research leaders and practitioners. The paper will draw on the latest academic work in management and business organisation to present an inspiring and aspirational vision of the client research function and its role in the businesses of tomorrow.
