Illuminas wins Best Content and Innovation paper at the BIG Conference 2009 Awards

A paper written by Jonathan Fletcher and Andrew Reynolds, from Illuminas London Office has scooped a prestigious award at the latest BIG Conference.

The paper entitled ‘Can we justify the ROI of Market Research’ outlines how we should help clients more to calculate the ROI of their decisions in the context of commissioning Market Research. The paper discusses the issues that reveal this to be a complex area as well as offering a solution. The authors define the conditions required to measure the ROI of research and demonstrate advanced simulation techniques that can be used when uncertainty is involved.
