- Exit Capital of Texas Hwy South (left exit if you are on Mopac South)
- Immediately get into the left lane and turn left at the first stop light (street unmarked—if you reach the exit for Hwy 71 you have gone too far)
- You will have turned directly into an office park – Illuminas is in the building all the way at the back on the right
- We are on the second floor in Suite 200
From South Lamar / Ben White / Hwy 71 West
- Exit Capital of Texas Hwy North
- Make a right at the very first stoplight (street unmarked – if you reach the Loop 1 / Mopac interchange you have gone too far)
- You will have turned directly into an office park— Illuminas is in the building all the way at the back on the right
- We are on the second floor in Suite 200
From Austin Airport
- Follow signs for Airport exit and take a right at the light
- Merge onto Hwy 71/West
- Stay left to keep on 71/290 West – you will be on this highway for about 9 miles total
- Exit Capital of Texas Hwy North
- Make a right at the very first stoplight (street unmarked – if you reach the Loop 1 / Mopac interchange you have gone too far)
- You will have turned directly into an office park— Illuminas is in the building all the way at the back on the right

From I-35
- Exit Hwy 71/290 West (Ben White). If you are heading south on I-35 this will be the exit just south of Oltorf and Woodward. If you are heading north on I-35, this will be the exit just north of Stassney.
- Stay left to keep on 71/290 West – you will be on this highway for about 4 miles total
